Our History
The Eunice Superette was founded in 1962 in Eunice, Louisiana, with a simple mission: to provide the local community with high-quality meats and honest service. From its early days as a neighborhood superette and slaughterhouse, the business quickly became known for its craftsmanship, traditional Cajun recipes, and commitment to doing things the right way. Generation after generation, those values shaped the Superette into a name trusted across Acadiana and beyond. Today, the Eunice Superette continues to honor its roots while serving a new generation of customers—carrying forward a legacy built on tradition, pride, and over sixty years of experience.
